Nicholas is a Personal Trainer at FORM Fitness. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, specializing in strength & conditioning. With a deep understanding of biomechanics and movement assessments, he integrates Functional Movement Screen (FMS) principles to help clients move better, train smarter, and prevent injuries.
Nicholas has experience working with 12-16 year old’s, and spent around 3 years working with children in this age bracket – a really delicate and important phase to optimally develop bone structures, motor skills and coordination to help reduce injury risk and improve joint instability.
Beyond the gym, Nicholas is an avid rock climber and a passionate scuba diving instructor, bringing a unique perspective on body control, mobility, and breathing techniques. Whether working with athletes or beginners, he tailors training programs to build strength, improve posture, and enhance overall performance.
