Loving Form Fitness! Four weeks ago I puffed up the stairs, this week I took them two at a time. The instructors encourage you to try things you think you can’t do, they push you pass your ‘comfort’ zone, but at the same time you feel safe. Safe in that they are constantly checking your posture. They are aware of any existing injuries / operations and work on strengthening these. I’ve just started the group classes as well.
