Janelle is the Director of FORM Fitness and has been working as a Personal Trainer in the Fitness Industry for the past 20 years. She started her training to become a Personal Trainer in 2000 at the Colgan Institute in Canada after receiving a scholarship for her personal achievements in Powerlifting. This presented her with a unique opportunity to gain extensive knowledge from Michael Colgan, a world renowned research scientist in training and nutrition and coach of numerous Olympic Athletes.
In 2001 after sustaining a major back injury while studying in Canada Janelle went on to achieve a World Title in Powerlifting just months after injuring her back.
