Rob brings a wealth of experience in working with people from a broad range of backgrounds, cultures and ages. He and his wife Fiona made a lifestyle change in their mid-40s to include exercise as part of life and have not looked back. Rob’s main sporting passion is surfing. He also really enjoys getting into the outdoors with some tramping.
Since getting involved in the fitness industry in 2005 Rob has co-managed a gym and run his own Personal Training Practice. As well as one-on-one PT, he has run small group and circuit classes as well as bootcamps. Rob is particularly interested in movement patterns (muscles working together as opposed to purely exercising isolated muscles) and believes it is a key to improving how we move, relieving discomfort and building true functional strength.
Rob loves variety in his clients programs. His skill in functional training using integrated exercises will make your sessions not only challenging but stimulating and enjoyable as well.
